Seeking developer to port Taboo Snaps to iPhone and other mobiles
I’m seeking a development partner to port my Flash game Taboo Snaps to iPhone and other mobile devices. If you or someone you know is interested, read on!
Taboo Snaps (www.taboosnaps.com) is an edgy, sexy, silly action game for those with healthy libidos, be they gamers, ex-gamers, or non-gamers. I promise you have seen nothing like it! Taboo Snaps mashes up Pac-Man with paparazzi: deftly navigate tunnels and avoid hazards while you snap photos of hot models. Drawing from my 16 years of experience as a game designer, creating classics at Atari (arcade) and Microsoft Xbox, I have crafted genuinely fun and catchy gameplay, sweetened with thousands of amazing photos by professional model photographers. You really have to see it to believe it—and that’s what will make this game a viral hit when it launches in June 2009.
I’m now looking for developers who wish to adapt the game to mobile phones, iPhone in particular. I realize that my prospects will become better once I launch the in-browser version and prove its popularity, but I already have some interest from developers and it would be better to get the port going now instead of months down the road. After all, if the game does well it will eventually be copycatted on mobile, so I want to make the most of the revenue window.
I seek a development partnership in which the mobile developer ports and publishes the game, and earns a generous portion of the gross revenue starting from dollar 1. I would provide art and audio assets and the Flash source code for reference, and can do some code support work as needed. I would continue to provide new photos every week, which would be used on both the mobile and browser versions.

Heyy this looks really interesting, though I hardly have the qualifications for any game developing company but is this job for only that game?
July 15th, 2010 at 4:54 pmHi Kevin! Well, for now, it’s just the one game. But since I posted this Apple made it clear they don’t want apps that are even a bit naughty, so it’s rather low on the priority list now. But I am investigating what it would take to adapt it to Android, since Android runs Flash now, w00t!
